Why Choose JMU Immigration?
About Jelena Radomirovic, RCIC
I became an immigration consultant for a deeply personal reason.
Years ago, a family member faced deportation. I experienced firsthand how overwhelming and emotionally exhausting the Canadian immigration system can be — and how devastating small mistakes can become.
That experience led me to pursue formal education in immigration consulting and become a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC).
For the past four years, I have focused on family sponsorship, Humanitarian & Compassionate (H&C) applications, visitor visas, citizenship matters, and sponsorship appeals — particularly complex cases that require careful analysis and strategic planning.
My Approach
I am compassionate and approachable — but also direct and realistic.
Immigration is not just paperwork. It is strategy.
Before accepting any case, I conduct a detailed assessment to determine the strongest possible path forward. If a case has limited prospects, I will say so honestly. I do not believe in submitting applications simply to “try.” I believe in building well-prepared, carefully structured files designed to withstand scrutiny.
Clients can expect:
• Clear communication
• Detailed case analysis
• Thoughtful documentation strategy
• Honest, practical advice
• Respect and empathy throughout the process
My role is to bring clarity, structure, and confidence to what can otherwise feel overwhelming.

A Final Note
